Brown is the color of his lover's hair. Not too long, not too short. Just the right length to 
run his fingers through.

Brown is the color of his lover's chest hair. A nice golden russett that Jay finds particularly 
tantalizing.

Brown is the color of Jay's feelings. He feels like shit right now. It was his fault, he said 
the words. He wants to take them back so he can hold Bob again.

He waits for the door to open, to hear the footsteps that he longs to hear. So he can say those 
two little words. "I'm sorry."
